Whats The Cheapest You Can Buy A Kirby Vacuum For?

December 31, 2009 by

My daughter sells Kirby Vacuums and I hear they are awesome. I have to buy a vacuum every 2 years it seems and am tired of wasting money. Also, I hear it cleans carpet and lots more…
But no matter, I am a single mom of three and I want to talk her boss down as low as possible! So what is the cheapest anyone has ever paid for a new Kirby directly from the sales person.
Please true comments and no criticism… just want answers. :0)

  1. Mom of 2 great boys says:

I have owned my Kirby G4 for 12yrs with one problem, and that was due to a marble hitting the blade which cracked and hubby replaced it with no problems.
I LOVE my Kirby!! I also own an Electrolux which I have owned for 16yrs. I love that too!
People here will tell you that you can find much cheaper vacuums, but to be totally honest, they do not “suck” like a Kirby. Not even my Electrolux compares to it.
Don’t go with that Rainbow vacuum. I heard horror story’s on them after 5yrs of people owning one.
    I paid for mine 12yrs ago. $1200.00
Yeah, it was way expensive, but well worth it. 12yrs and going strong.
Think about it, if you spend $200.00 every two years, you will save in the long run.
Maybe look for a use one.
    Check Craigslist.com
    Ebay
and even your local vacuum dealer for one.
See if your daughter can get it at her cost.
    :-)
