We are first time home buyers, we want to know if this Empire Today is reasonable for Carpet installation. Also want suggessions on quality carpets to be installed and who can install it for reasonable price.

don’t do it, they are twice the price of a local store, go to a local store they have been around for a long time and will most likely take care of you, Empire is very expensive, they spend 30 to 40 thousand per week in each region for advertising and make up for that by charging the customer alot of money, furnishing low end products, using illegal immig.as installers that they pay as little as possible to. The corportate policey is to screw everyone, you, thier vendors, their installers and even their employees at the local level. Please don’t buy from them
They have a weird pricing structure. They take into account the area your in, the types of homes along with square footage.
The price would be different for you then say someone just on the other side of town. I’d be interested in what they quote you though.
