I desperately want to start my own home cleaning business that also provides light landscaping hauling services and carpet cleaning all in one. possibly errands and persona assisting. I s it a good idea. Do I need a license? How do I charge on house cleaning. How do I get brand new equipment for cheap. How do I get a loan for the stuff I need.

Slow down, sounds like you want the world!!! Granted, everything you mentioned sounds great for a business, but why don’t you focus on one thing at a time. I don’t own my own business, but if I wanted to start a house cleaning business, I would go work for a house cleaning service for about a year. Try to learn as much as you can, soak it up like a sponge. When I had a ’swat’ team of housecleaners, they would charge by the hours. I had 4 women for 1 hour and be charged seventy dollars. I got rid of them because I was not satisifed with the caliber of work they performed. In addition, I didn’t want them inflicting damage to my house, Keep these in mind because these are very important to the home owner.
